The Elusive Man is back! To help us during the ‘plandemic’ with a beautiful selection of soulful techno like he does best.

The ep starts with the hypnotic and luscious A Cool Breeze Coming From Over There. Wonderful snappy 808 drum programming over shimmering pads and a warm deep Detroit bassline. The uplifting melodies take you to a better place through out, 10/10. Next up is Allegory Of The Virtual Cage this track takes things deeper still. Brilliant drum programming reminiscent of early New Electronica this is beautiful timeless Detroit inspired deepness. Light airy pads and leadlines with a more somber tone but still uplifting and the deep rolling bass over the 4/4 kick, a track just as good for the feet as the head. Onto title track this is gorgeous techno, I instantly thought this could be As One or Stasis got that early uk techno sound super track, the subtle use of the 303 for the bass and the lead line takes you to the stars. Wonderful blissful electronic music 10/10 and my favorite so far. Onto Locked Down and here is the harder hitting track on the ep. The beats whip and crack and the zaps and blips really work over the haunting pads that breeze in. I could imagine this getting played late at night on a educated dance floor, lovely! Last but not least we have One Day Soon a real beauty of a track that has Redcell qualities broken beat techno drums heavy sh bassline and haunting in the most awesome way. The melody takes you into the forbidden forest and opens the door to Narnia I love this. The whole ep is exceptional and I’m a proud owner. Fantastic eloquent furutistic music for the mind body and soul
